1. Return Eligibility

You may return an item within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt if it meets the following conditions:
✔️ The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
✔️ The item is free from damage, wear, or modifications.
✔️ All original accessories, manuals, and components are included.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or installed products.
  • Customized or special-order items.
  • Items damaged due to improper use or handling.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

2️⃣ We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) Number and return instructions.
3️⃣ Ship the item back to our designated warehouse using a trackable shipping method.

🚨 Important: Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
  • If returning a product due to a change of mind, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.

4. Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

✔️ If a return is rejected, we will notify you and return the item at your expense.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
